North Star 最終定價，沒有上半格。
也沒有低到像萬利門在道德示範。
它落在一個難看的、誠實的、可以 defend 的位置。
Raymond 說：「This is not heroic. Good。」
Wendy 把 final allocation memo 發給 syndicate。
Allocation 原則寫得清楚：

`Avoid over-concentration in policy-sensitive momentum accounts`
`No preferential treatment outside approved allocation framework`
`Document rationale for cornerstone and strategic accounts`
Nancy 看完，只改了一個逗號。
這比不改更恐怖。

師兄點頭。

Marcus 看了他一眼。
「You sound tired。」
「I am tired。」
「Good. Fresh bankers overstate certainty。」
成吉瀚接受結果的電話很短。
「照做。」
只有兩個字。
沒有讚，沒有威脅。
成華箏之後發來一封正式 email，確認 Hanhai alignment with final pricing recommendation and disclosure framework。
Brian 沒有另發信息。
師兄看著 inbox，知道這也是一種答案。
晚上，Yoyo 在中環碼頭等他。
她拿著兩杯熱飲，一杯給他，一杯自己喝到一半。
「你哋定咗？」
「嗯。」
「高嗎？」
「不夠某些人想要高。」
「低嗎？」
「不夠我哋可以扮聖人。」
Yoyo 點頭。
「即係似婚姻。」
師兄差點噴出來。
「咩比喻？」
「唔係童話價，又唔係清倉價。係兩個人醒住簽名。」
師兄看著她。
夜風從維港吹過來，很冷，但不刺。
「你最近成日講婚姻。」
Yoyo 沒有躲。
「因為我不想只係陪你通關。我想知通關後，你會不會返屋企。」
師兄握著紙杯。
「我會。」
「唔好太快答。」
「我諗咗好多年。」
Yoyo 看著他，很久後才低聲說：「咁等 listing 後再講。Deal 未 close，求婚都似 insider dealing。」
師兄愣了一下，然後笑到肩膀發抖。
她也笑。
笑聲在碼頭散開。
North Star 定價留了半寸。
不是因為市場不夠熱。
是因為有人終於承認，半寸有時就是信任活下去的空間。
Final pricing call 在凌晨一點開始。
不是因為大家喜歡凌晨。
是因為全球帳簿、anchor confirmations、issuer approval、legal sign-off，全都拖到最後一刻才真正排好。
Wendy 報 order book。
Long-only quality 好過前一晚。
Fast money 少了一些。
幾個 policy-adjacent accounts 留在簿上，但 size 沒有大到可以支配 allocation。
她說：「Cleaner book. Less dramatic. Better。」
North Star CFO 聽起來仍有不甘。
「Press may ask why not higher。」
Raymond 說：「We can answer with disciplined pricing and long-term investor quality。」
Hanhai line 上，袁弘烈說：「Chairman has agreed. Do not reopen。」
這句像一道門關上。
Brian 沒有出聲。
郭正行不知道他是在房裡，還是在另一條 line 上。
但他知道，這一刻無論 Brian 在不在，北辰都已經從兩個同門之間的爭執，變成真正市場文件。
Nancy 最後確認：

每一句都不浪漫。
每一句都是今晚真正的鐘聲。
Call 完，Wendy 開始做 allocation clean-up。

「They will be upset。」
Wendy 說：「They can be upset at a fair price。」

「Account C？」

她像在切一條很幼的線。
不是完全無人情。
但人情不能大過信。
郭正行在旁邊看著，忽然明白 Wendy 其實也是一種俠。

Raymond 看著大家。

沒有人動。
最後 Wendy 先站起來。

她拿袋離開。
大家才慢慢散。
郭正行走到碼頭時，天已經微亮。
Yoyo 在電話裡半夢半醒。
「定咗？」
「定咗。」
「守到？」
「守到半寸。」
「好。」
她聲音很柔。
「上市後，再講你之前那句。」
郭正行知道她指的是婚姻。
他看著海。
「好。」
這個好，比任何 pricing approval 都令他緊張。
因為 deal 定價有 range。
人生沒有。
但他第一次覺得，沒有 range，也不等於不能答。
Listing eve 的下午，萬利門做 final file sweep。

Marcus 念 checklist。

「Allocation memo？」
Wendy：「Final。」
「Pricing approval？」
Raymond：「Documented。」
「Press line？」
Samson 的名字很久沒有出現，但他留下的 controlled media discipline 還在。
Public communications team 確認：

No victory lap before market opens。
Andy 小聲說：「上市前不准開心，上市後可唔可以？」
Nancy 說：「Depends how。」

大家笑。
這個笑聲和他剛入行時那種年輕笑聲不同。

她和郭正行在 reception 短短碰面。

她停了一下。

郭正行笑。

成華箏點頭。
「這句我會記住。」
「請不要放進 Hanhai quote book。」
她第一次笑得很明顯。
「不保證。」
她走後，郭正行收到 Yoyo message。
`今晚不見。你睡。明天見鐘。`
他回：
`收到。`
她回：
`這次是 instruction。`
他笑。
晚上，他真的回家睡了四小時。
睡前，他把鬧鐘設好。
又把 phone 放遠一點。
North Star 明天上市。
很多東西都快到鐘聲。
但今晚，他最重要的工作，是不要把自己熬到聽不見鐘。
睡前，Brian 的名字在手機上亮了一下。
不是 message。
是 calendar reminder 裡一個舊 shared event 殘留：

以前他們會 share 這種 reminder。
現在 Brian 已經在另一邊。
郭正行把 reminder 刪掉。
手指停了一下。
刪除不等於忘記。
只是承認這個事件已經不應該再由同一個 calendar 管理。
他躺下後，睡不著。
腦裡一時是成吉瀚的地圖。

最後他坐起來，寫了一封沒有 send 的信。
